In March 2022 I decided to buy a house in Spain. I would like to thank Viva Espana real estate agency for their excellent and professional service in buying a house in Benalmádena Spain, including legal and attorney services (the legal assistant is Czech) , but also for the subsequent background and operation of my house in Benalmádena. Whether it concerns the maintenance of the swimming pool, cleaning the garden in my absence, ensuring the routine repairs arising from the use of the house, but also major building repairs (Water , electricity , masonry work, where the owners of the companies are Czech and Slovak, and thus eliminating the language barrier.
