The apartments are built on top of a hill overlooking the Europa Golf Course, it has a unique location that provides a panoramic view of the golf course and some of the apartments all the way to the sea. Solana Village is located near the Club House and Hotel & Spa, where property owners can enjoy Privilege Card benefits and discounts throughout the resort.
The construction of the first phase is already underway with 48 apartments in five 3-storey buildings.

The residence is closed and has different parking options: outside and inside. There is also an adult pool, a children's pool and communal gardens overlooking the valley.
